ORDERS & SHIPPING

Where can I buy from Sohum Active?

You can buy from Sohum Active using our website www.sohumactive.com or through www.amazon.com/sohumactive. If you decide to order from our own website, you can pay using PayPal, through Amazon or credit card. If you need further assistance, please email.

What's my order status?

It typically takes 2-5 business days for an order to ship. Use your tracking number to check it, but if you have any question please send us a message at sohumactive@gmail.com with your order number and/or tracking number, name and email if.

How do I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via phone or live chat for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process. Contact us through email.

Can I exchange my order?

We can definitely do that. Let us know first if you are interested in an exchange contacting us through our email. We want to make our returns process as seamless as possible!

I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships? Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items. You can return it also if color/size is not what you desired. Remember, shipping is free!

Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?

If an item has already been shipped or processed, you may not be able to change the address.

PRODUCT & INVENTORY

The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?

Sohum Active comes out with new collections each season. Please let us know which style/size/color you would like by sending an email to sohumactive@gmail.com.

Do you provide price matching or adjustments?

Sorry, Sohum Active does not offer price matching or adjustments at this time.

I am between sizes, what size do you recommend?

Please refer to our size chart (if given) for general measurements. Generally, all our products satisfy USA standard size. If you still need assistance, please email or call us for any additional help.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is our return policy?

Sohum Active will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if it was made through www.sohumactive.com or www.Amazon.com/sohumactive.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. For international orders, we are unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties or additional fees that may apply to your order.

I accidentally lost my return label - how do I get a new one?

Please send us an email with your details (order #, name, email, tracking number) to help you get a new one.

I would like to start a return on my international order. What should I do?

Please note that we do not currently generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Do you ship internationally?

No! We don’t ship internationally. We sell our products on www.sohumactive.com or www.amazon.com/sohumactive in the USA. If your country is not included, then unfortunately, we don’t ship to you. We are expanding our brand, hopefully we can bring our products closer to you soon.

What's the status on my return?

Upon checking the receipt date of the package, please allow 2-4 business days for processing of the return. Please refer to your return tracking number.
